Having participated in various capacities in managing construction, he concentrated his interest and efforts in cost estimating. With the rapid advent of computers, he established CPR International, Inc. in 1986 with the mission of providing the most advanced, easy to use and accurate cost estimating and job costing software tools for construction. He has been the president and CEO of CPR International, Inc. since then. Levent is also an accomplished software designer and programmer and has participated materially in the programming, design and development of CPR’s products.
